  • Wash your hands well before handling your lenses and touching your eyes
  • Handle your soft contact lenses with care. Be gentle as they can tear, and be sure to use the pads of your fingers, keeping your nails away from your eye and the lens
  • Replace damaged, contaminated, or scratched lenses immediately
  • Stick to your prescribed wearing schedule for the best comfort and health of your eyes
  • Use fresh lens solution every time you take out your lenses
  • Replace your contact lens case when you replace your contact lenses
  • Do not sleep in your contact lenses unless you have been advised to do so by your eye care practitioner
  • Do not wear your contact lenses longer than the recommended time because longer wear can cause infections over time
  • Do not use water or saliva to clean your contact lenses. They both could contain bacteria that could potentially lead to infection
