If you’re looking for a vision correction solution that offers freedom from glasses, Poplar Bluff MO and Sikeston MO contact lenses may be exactly what you need. At Dr. Obermark Eye Health Care, we specialize in helping patients find the right lens option for their lifestyle, preferences, and visual needs. Whether you're a first-timer or exploring new options, our goal is to make the transition smooth and comfortable.

Are Contact Lenses Right for You?

At Dr. Obermark Eye Health Care, we take our time to prescribe the best contact lenses for each patient. Our contact lens evaluations determine the best fit for you based on your day-to-day life and vision needs.

Contact lens evaluations start as low as $84, which includes a free trial pair of contact lenses with your precise prescription. If you lose or rip a contact lens, we include replacement for damaged or lost contact lenses within a year of the evaluation, so you can get a replacement lens at no extra cost.

If you're a first-time contact lens wearer, our staff will teach you how to care for, put in, and take out your contacts during your contact lens evaluation.

We carry a wide range of contact lenses from monthly and daily lenses to custom lenses for those more difficult to fit. Call us today to make your contact lens appointment!

Exploring Contact Lens Options

There’s a contact lens for just about every eye shape, vision issue, and lifestyle. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a wide range of lens types and materials designed to meet your unique needs.

Monthly lenses are worn for a month, or 30 days, and are taken out and put into a case to be disinfected each night

Bi-monthly lenses are worn for two weeks, or 14 days, and are taken out and put into a case to be disinfected each night

Dailies single-use lenses are worn for the day and can be simply thrown away at the end of the day with a fresh pair of lenses for the next day

Custom contact lenses are meant to be worn for longer periods and are custom-designed to fit your vision needs better

Ortho-K (Orthokeratology) are specifically designed and fitted contact lenses worn throughout the night that temporarily reshape the cornea to improve vision and help reduce refractive errors

Why Contact Lens Fittings Matter

Even if you already wear glasses, getting fit for contact lenses requires its own special exam. During your contact lens fitting, we’ll:

  • Measure your corneal shape for an accurate fit
  • Evaluate tear production to ensure comfort
  • Check for underlying eye conditions that could affect wear
  • Test different lens types to see what works best for you

You’ll also get hands-on training in how to insert, remove, and care for your lenses. And if you’re not sure which type feels best? We’ll send you home with a trial pair so you can test them in the real world.
